WAREHOUSE MANAGER, LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER AND LP ASSISTANT MGR

Warehouse ManagerResponsibilities
Duties include operating forklift equipment 30-40%, or as needed.
Maintains and develops a weekly/monthly/annual budget to control expenses and labor.
Works very closely with all sales departments and store management to ensure their product requirements are met on a daily basis.
Manages all product flow between the departments and other store locations, to ensure operations run smoothly at all levels.
Responsible for equipment training on material handling equipment for all employees.
Ensures safety guidelines are followed, and maintains a safe work environment.
Works to continuously maintain a high level of cleanliness and focus on housekeeping.
Ensures all product is properly stored and rotated for quality and freshness, and kept in a secured facility.
Coordinates and manages the disposal of all bulk waste and debris, educating employees on recycling and processing of waste.
Completes and maintains all paperwork associated with daily operations and employee management.
Performs preventative management on material handling equipment, and works with vendors to reduce repairs and expenses.Requirements
Very good computer skills.
Familiar with Microsoft, Excel, Great Plains, Stew Leonard’s Transfer System.
Very good communication skills.
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task effectively.

Seeking an experienced LP/Security professional with great verbal, written, team building, interpersonal, motivational, and investigative skills. Supervisory experience is mandatory. A college degree is preferred. As the LP Manager you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our Customers and Team Members, investigating instances of loss, and proactively coordinating to reduce the likelihood of asset loss.Assistant Loss Prevention ManagerSeeking an experience LP/Security professional to grow with Stew Leonard’s. The ideal candidate will be a team player, leader, and motivator. As the Assistant LP Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
