Validation Specialist (Syracuse, NY)

We currently have an opening in our Syracuse, NY office for a Validation Specialist. This position requires protocol preparation, execution of protocols, final reporting, and investigative reports for the validation of process equipment. Typical duties of this position include: assist in the development and writing of Standard Operating Procedures; development and presentation of Technical Reports; and compilation and assembly of Turnover packages.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate must have the ability to: constantly learn new tasks; write in a technical fashion; communicate; be organized and flexible; have great attention to detail; ability to proof-read; computer software and hardware experience (MS Word and Excel). Experience with HVAC, electrical and/or mechanical disciplines, instrumentation, MS Project, engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical), and/or drafting a plus. There are also physical requirements for this position such as: standing for long periods; exposure to cold temperatures and chemicals; walk carrying binders and equipment; read instrument displays; wear Tyvek suit, hair net, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
