Manages the Security Assurance functions of the LT Auditor / Samhain reconciliation of system changes.

Manages associated staff and insures staff are trained, procedures are documented, metrics are reported, issues are escalated, etc.

Provides final validation and management oversight on the reconciliation of the LT Auditor / Samhain reports to ensure completeness.

Notify various sites of any outstanding LT Auditor / Samhain issues and follow through to ensure all issues are resolved.

Conducts Security Awareness training for new employees.

Conducts Clear Desk 'sweeps' for IT and for the Business, when requested.

Performs HR/Staff management activities.
REQUIREMENTS




Excellent analytical, written and interpersonal communication and organizational skills;



Ability to interface with technical staff, senior management, external agencies and regulators

Strong judgment and decision making skills;

Well organized with the ability to multi-task;

  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction;

Able to lead others and coordinate complex tasks

Competency with Microsoft Office and industry standard PC tools
