Supply Chain Manager

Supplier selection, development of and partnering with strategic suppliers to achieve uninterrupted supply of materials, services & equipment at optimum cost, quality and delivery. To maximize suppliers technical and quality support to continuously improve quality, lead-time, processes and ultimately - costs. Responsible for major raw material and capital negotiations.Meet Divisional and Corporate Supply Chain Management objectives, including Cost Savings, Inventory, Supplier On Time Delivery and Consignment targets. Manages and develops the Purchasing staff and for establishing, implementing and maintaining Divisional procedures for procuring materials and services; and meeting all regulatory & compliance requirements. Interfaces with production planning and other internal departments to ensure materials, services and supplies are available to meet production schedules. Communicates problems, issues and related supplier and commodity issues to Senior Management and other personnel as appropriate. Understands key market trends and issues on Divisional suppliers and commodities.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree with management experience. 8+ years in Purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
