Manage customer service group to ensure a high level of effectiveness and service. Manage customer-related services, from pricing through invoicing, as directed by division management for intra-divisional, domestic, and international customers. Manage customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers and summary reports to management.  Develop and improve departmental systems and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.  Manage communications and transactions with internal (sales, marketing, operations, credit, reps, and over-seas facilities) and external stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.  Provide accurate and timely commercial data to assist in management decision making.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or the equivalent in education and experience plus 8+ yrs. purchasing exp. in a mfg. Environment to include management experience. Excellent computer, communication and negotiation skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:MBA or BS with C.P.M..
