REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
To manage company directed product categories to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, expenses, productivity, and profit goals. Under the direction of the Retail Assistant Manager this position contributes to the development of a competent, well-trained staff that promotes quality guest service, product knowledge, and operating standards. This is an hourly/non-exempt position.

Other:
*Sales generation; selling is the number one responsibility and customers are the number one priority.
*Personnel/Staff supervision.
*Store presentation/operations.
*Maintains and adjusts company directed visual and departmental merchandising standards.
*Ensures compliance to company dress code.
*Maintains standards of store cleanliness.
*Maintains store safety standards and follow safety program.
*Ensures that all departmental resets, planograms, and new product cut-ins are implemented/executed in a timely manner within assigned areas.
*Ensures departmental shrinkage goals are achieved and all corporate Loss Prevention policies are adhered to.
*Ensures that all corporate procedures and policies are adhered to including payroll guidelines and store opening/closing procedures.
*Promptly and accurately completes all paperwork according to company guidelines.
*Disseminating all corporate/field/store communication.
*Other duties assigned by General Manager or Assistant Retail Manager.
