Purchasing Analyst

The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for Dichtomatik's purchasing analysis and strategy. This position will assist in the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives in relation to quantifiable purchasing and ineventory levels and expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Demand analysis and application of appropriate inventory strategy
Analyze "pockets" of inventory for right-sizing
Conduct root cause analyssi on understanding inventories and on part shortages
Heavily involved in development and administration of ABC inventory classification and administration
Purchasing responsibility for assigned parts, vendors, etc.
Responsible for supporting excellent supplier and intra-company relationships
Responsible for achieving excellent servide levels to customers
Responsible for initiating cross-functional problem resolution to address forecast issues, part issues, work flow issues and driving these to implementation
Responsible for leading demand review sessions as part of the SIOP process
