Materials Technician (PT)

The Materials Tech will perform or assist with the various materials functions in support of all user customer supply and equipment requirements. Includes activities such as distribution of supplies and equipment, filling of customer orders from stock supply areas, restocking of supplies to supply areas, recording of activity information on forms and logs, and receiving and responding to pages, phone calls, and written requests for supplies and equipment.

Several positions available Full time & part time Swing and Graveyard shifts, will include weekends

Qualifications: Good oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, tactful and courteous service attitude, collaborative teamwork skills, basic computer skills, fluent in the English language.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle 60 pounds, push and pull heavier loads with appropriate materials handling equipment. Ability to learn the use of materials handling equipment such as various carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, stepstools, and ladders.

Please go to Human Resources located on the 1st floor of the parking structure. Entrance from outside the parking structure on Sunset Blvd (directly accross the street from the main hospital). Please check in with the employment assistant in the lobby and you will be provided with directions to the Job Fair location.
