JOB OVERVIEWThe Marketing Programs Manager :- Develop strategies and plans for sales and marketing programs- Use database marketing techniques to develop marketing campaigns to increase sales, manage customer lifecycle, increase customer retention of NIO customers- Manage development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including all multi-channel elements of those programs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Design and develop eMarketing programs and campaigns utilizing eMail, web marketing and other multi-channel tools and techniques-Utilize NIO customer data and database mining techniques to design and develop integrated direct marketing campaigns and programs-Define and develop customer lifecycle campaigns, transaction history campaigns, and seasonal campaigns
-Work with the Marketing Analysis team to identify marketing program opportunities, test those potential programs and evaluate results.
-Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed-Manage marketing budgets and evaluate program performance based on analytical measurements and reporting
-Identify and develop programs for specific customer sub-segments, potentially including geographic, firmographic and behavioural sub-segments
REQUIREMENTS
-10+ years experience in (or working with) a combination of sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business small order/ short sales cycle environment.
-Proven success in eMarketing and web channel sales program development and execution
-Experience in database mining and marketing, utilizing customer data to develop, execute and measure results of marketing campaigns
-Experience in integrated, multi-channel marketing and sales program design and development
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-A 4 year degree or equivalent experience is required.
