Maintenance Inventory Specialist (Temporary)

Full-Time Maintenance Inventory Specialist (Temporary)This is a temporary position, expected to last 6-8 months. The work schedule will be Monday-Friday, from 6 AM-2:30 PM.RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and accumulates materials for ongoing routine maintenance and routine project work. Duties include:
Must be a critical thinker with the ability research various parts used to support our Attractions Maintenance efforts.
Assist in the identification, organization, and electronic cataloging of Bench Stocks parts as wells as development of the best course of action for storeroom setup.
Locates, tags and records materials and spare parts in unattended stores.
Assists maintenance cast members with stock and non-stock requests for work orders.
Inventories and maintains spare parts in a separate staging area or at the job site.
Assures that all unattended stores items are available for work orders before the work orders are issued.QUALIFICATIONS
Math, & Clerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Familiarity with stores procedures and locations.
Minimum of three years experience in inventory management/warehouse operations
Ability to use and master DLR Systems such as SAP, EDMS, MS Office
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office and computerized inventory management systems
