Loss Prevention & Safety Manager

Currently searching for a Loss Prevention & Safety Manager for a Fort Mill, SC retailer.

The Loss Prevention & Safety Manager:

Manages the protection of company assets, health, safety, security and fire prevention programs.
Monitors and adheres to the policies and procedures relating to accident prevention, safety, health, environment, security and fire prevention/protection.
Implements Shortage control methods.
Conducts internal and external investigations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervisor, Loss Prevention and Safety
Associates, Loss Prevention and Safety
Contract Security Guard Force, if applicable

Pay is between $45,000 - $55,000 yearly.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 5 years of loss prevention, fire prevention, safety, and/or security experience, and/or equivalent in the distribution or retail field.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety Health Act, environmental, safety, health and loss prevention rules and regulations.
Must maintain current certification in the following: Basic First Aid, CPR,Oxygen Administration, if applicable, and Blood-borne Pathogen.
Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
Skilled in interviewing and fact finding.
Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information, and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Must be Bilingual -- English / Spanish Preferred.
