Loss Prevention Manager

Overview:As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will be empowered to ensure that our store operates efficiently and achieves our shortage goals. Your scope of responsibility will include asset protection, payroll expense management, management of security staff and the directing of shortage initiatives, investigations and surveillances. This position leads to Regional Security, Special Investigations, Central Office, or Operations Director positions.

Key Accountabilities:Implement store shortage prevention and awareness programsEnsure selling floor security standards are maintainedMonitor internal and external case productivity and recoveriesConduct investigationsManage payroll expenseRecruit, interview and select qualified security staffTrain, motivate and develop security team to reach their fullest potential and to maximize business opportunitiesEnsure all procedures, policies, exposure standards and shortage awareness programs are thoroughly understood by security teamClearly communicate store and company objectives so both management and staff are well informed

Skills Summary:Minimum of 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably atthe district or regional management levelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership profileStrong negotiating skillsTeam playerHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
