Overview:Responsible for the protection of Employees, customers and company assets at assigned Store. Directs activities in Loss Prevention-related situations. Supervises Loss Prevention Officers.


Key Accountabilities:Ensures the protection of Employees, customers and company assets for assigned Store
Responds to emergency and Loss Prevention-related situations
Investigates internal and external activity relating to known losses
Trains, coaches, develops and retains Loss Prevention staff; fosters an environment that promotes personal development, respect, strong teamwork and an appreciation of diversity in our workforce and customer base.
Participates in Store shortage programs that maintain merchandise exposure standards
Provides Loss Prevention training to Associates


Skills Summary:Loss Prevention management experience
Proven ability to work with law enforcement and Store management
Demonstrated leadership
Proven written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
PC proficiency to include Word and Excel
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask
Flexible with scheduling to support retail hours
