Invoicing Specialist

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an Invoicing Specialist in our Hayward, CA facility.



The responsibilities of this role include:




Responsible for receiving and recording hardware information utilizing Oracle.

Reviews E-Connect orders and service agreements to ensure the accuracy of hardware delivery to customer.

Creates invoice, customer address, and shipping confirmation into Oracle.

Reports work order and service agreement discrepancies to manager

Organizes and files hard copy order information in the appropriate files

Logs hardware information into spreadsheet and sends to warehouse for tracking purposes

Assists warehouse and dispatch personnel

Performs extensive data entry, word processing, and use of spreadsheets

Assists supervisor with all inventory replenishment reports, inventory interactions with other departments and vendors.

Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CSG

Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


High school diploma or GED

6 months of related experience

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
