Inventory Specialist

Primacy Relocation, Voted #1 in Transferee satisfaction for 2005 & 2006, is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Lisle office. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing, sale and closing of the properties that come into Primacy's inventory on behalf of the corporate client.We offer:

Qualified applicants will have a BS degree, three to five years relocation inventory or real estate experience. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), presentation experience, sale negotiation, research, intermediate level computer software skills and good analytical skills are required. Real estate, Broker license and CRP designation preferred. The applicant should be able to travel and review inventoried properties, perform inspections and produce detailed reports.
