Inventory Specialist

We are aggressively seeking an Inventory Specialist to develop and maintain the daily cycle counting program of components, finished goods and marketing materials and supplies. Additional duties include comparing physical inventories to inventory records, analyzing data including sales orders, production records, work orders and item ledger reports. Preparing inventory reports such as inventory balance and shortages and preparing lists of surplus and depleted items and coordinate efficient and timely disposition of materials. Coordinate shipments for export accounts and coordinate air/sea requirements. Create new product set-up in JDE and create annual sales budget.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with 2 years in a supervisory role. 2-3 years forecasting experience. Must be proficient in MS Office and Lotus Notes. Experience with JD Edwards is preferred. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
