Inventory-Manager Field Operations

Allied Inventory has an open position for a Manager of Field Operations in our Chicago based office, reporting to the President. The successful candidate for this position will be able to provide excellence in action, and demonstrate a customer driven, results-delivery focus.

The Manager of Field Operations has a wide range of responsibilities that ensure successful execution of our client inventory and related services. Primary responsibilities include:
Managing a 24/7 operation
Recruiting, interviewing, training and maintaining a team of skilled inventory auditors
On-site management of client services
Transporting teams to assignments using company van


Additional requirements: Clean driving record, flexible schedule

Skills required: Strong problem solving ability, self-starter with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills.

Previous experience requirements: Physical inventory processes, operations management, customer service, recruiting and team building, computer skills. Knowledgeable about safety practices.

Preferred: Industrial or automotive dealership inventory experience, 4-year degree.
