Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager position is an entry level, field based management position. Inventory Managers can expect to work varied hours including early mornings, some evenings and overnight shifts. Inventory Managers travel to our customers’ various locations and they manage teams of 15-45 Inventory Associates.

Additionally, Inventory Managers are responsible for reviewing and implementing customers’ instructions during counts, ensuring safety guidelines compliance, coordinating the operation and completion of inventory counts and ensuring staff hours are properly recorded.

Ideal candidates are self motivated, team players and have excellent communication skills. Problem solving skills and flexibility are a must for the successful candidates.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is preferred along with strong time management and team building skills. A hands-on management style is required. Candidates must have an acceptable driving history and strong computer literacy.
