A leader in the logistics industry is looking for an experience Import Coordinator.Requirements and Responsibilities: 2 or more years experience in an import department Excellent customer service skills will inable you to coordiante transportation with shippers, truckers and airlines Process paperwork for inbound shipments including certificate of origin and import declaration Track import containers from order to warehouse Bookings, forwardings, tracing and problem resolution Negotiate rates, fees and special requirements with vendors Coordinating scheduled shipments with customer against purchase orders Invoicing customers Assist with general office administration and support Work in accordance with ISO 9001 standardsNote: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position.
