IRB Inventory Analyst (Planner II)

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst within our Global Manufacturing Department.




The responsibilities of this role include:



Perform in-depth analysis and make recommendation for disposition of potentially excess and obsolete inventories residing in a multiple organizational structure.

Present results of inventory analysis/recommendations to Inventory Review Board (IRB) and senior management.

Process IRB controlled documents for signature approval, oversee inventory disposition to final completion.

Evaluate Engineering Change Orders.

Develop working relationships with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Document Control and Inventory Accounting.

Have an understanding of how inventory control impacts/effects the internal and external customers.

Other duties as required.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Business/Accounting or Finance or relevant experience.

Experience: Minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment with inventory control, planning and purchasing knowledge. Experience in working with the disposition of obsolete inventories very helpful. Working knowledge of MRP processes.

Skills: Intermediate level experience using Oracle, Excel, Word, Access, and Agile. Strong written and oral communications are essential.
