Holiday Production Manager

John Mini Distinctive Landscapes is looking for a Holiday Production Manager to lead and direct a fast paced and dynamic production team and warehouse crew involved in Holiday Decorating for commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include:
motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing entry level Holiday Decoration preparation

This is a management position with accountability for bottom line results, with hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and seamless and timely delivery of all orders.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should possess good design sense, with a minimum 3 years experience managing a production process and developing production standards, the ability to develop and or modify a production planning program and implement it to enhance profitable operations together with computer skills with Microsoft Office.

The candidate will also be responsible for inventory, warehouse maintenance and quality control, as well as interfacing with our sales team and, on occasion, with our customers.

We are looking for someone who is well organized, a planner and a strong problem solver with excellent motivational skills and interested in cultivating a positive and innovative work environment.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a strong customer service philosophy.
