TITLE: Global Supply Chain Manager
SALARY: $150k
REPORTS TO: Business Unit Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Global Supply Chain Manager position will be the strategic supply chain leader for the business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing and managing all aspects of the global supply chain in the business unit.
Take overall responsibility for developing and executing the supply chain strategy for the business unit.
Key coordination role between the commercial management and plants, on a global basis, to assure on-time delivery of the business unit products to its customers.
Develop and implement Supply Chain solutions for the business unit as well as for the external customers.
Management of toll processing for the business unit.
Collaborate with the commercial and operations functions of the business unit to ensure the proper flow of raw materials and finished goods through the business unit.
Vision and the ability to work with global engineering to develop capital plans to fulfill the business units growth plans and ensure the long term sales and operations plan.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: 4 year degree in Engineering

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of direct experience in a supply chain related field.
Demonstrated experience in identification and implementation of work-process improvement.
Experience in contract and tolling management

Team player with cross-function team leadership experience
Good systems and financial knowledge
Strong analytical and strategic thinker with ability to turn strategy into dynamic and effective plans and make the difference

Excellent oral and written communication skills to relay information to top management and customers
Manage change and transition
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high level customer relationships, and interact with key customers
Demonstrated strong negotiation skills
