Duties and responsibilities of this opportunity include and are not limited to;
•Develop and implement a highly efficient inventory system all of the companies locations
•Manage, direct and motivate managers and staff to successfully achieve inventory management goals •Ensure open communication with all departments acting as the source of centralized communication for all inventory related matters •Establish procedures and policies for managing quality control and quality assurance throughout the company’s inventory process •Coordinate the development of new positions within the department as new responsibilities are identified •Responsible for all employment decisions for the department including training and development •Travel will be required The competitive compensation for this opportunity is based on each individual candidate’s professional experience and includes excellent benefits. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include •Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in inventory management or operations. •Produce/perishable industry preferred •Proficient computer skills •Excellent organizational and analytical skills •Effective communication skills •Demonstrated leadership and management skills •Ability and desire to work in a team oriented environment as well as manage time independently •Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization •Attention to detail and results oriented •Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
