THE COMPANY: A mid-sized, Big Box retailer that has been in business for over 40 years. They specialize in Men’s, Women’s & Children’s off-price designer & brand name apparel, footwear and domestics.
They are looking for an experienced Buyer to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Buy basics for Luggage/Domestics/Giftware department
·Development of merchandise assortment & business strategies to drive sales
·Negotiate with vendors
·Forecasting & analysis of business results
·Identification of hottest trends
·Planning of product assortment
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in OFF-PRICE Buying role in Luggage/Domestics/Giftware.
·Must know how to negotiate prices and find opportunistic deals.
·Must have strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
·Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
