Administrative Assistant--Wood Dale Distribution Center

RUSH COMPUTER RENTALS, an Electro Rent Company, is the world’s leading technology rental company. We are currently seeking an experienced computer field technician for our Hudson, MA. The position will configure computer hardware and software; deliver and setup equipment at Customers sites and other venues primarily in the Boston and surrounding areas. Occasionally some overnight travel may be required to other locations.We are currently seeking an Administrative Assitant for our Wood Dale Distribution Center.
The position is responsible for general administrative duties for the distribution center some which are detailed below. Monitor and update the accessory checklist
Respond to requests for replacement/warranty parts
Process weekly timesheets for distribution center staff
Place damage pictures on corporate server
Generate PO's and order facility supplies
Receive, stock, track and maintain the local parts inventory
Get approval on all material request forms
REQUIREMENTS Requires a general knowledge of office procedures normally gained through 3 to 5 years of related experience. Prior parts purchasing experience is a plus.
Must be able to accurately perform alpha/numeric filing
Must be microcomputer literate and be capable of using word processing and spreadsheet programs and able to access, input and retrieve data from the company's database.
Requires excellent and accurate keyboarding and data entry and 10-key skills.
Good organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)
Must be detailed and have the ability to work independently on multiple assigned tasks.
