Great West Casualty, a premier provider of truck insurance, is looking for an exceptional candidate for our Underwriting Department. In this position you will team with our agents in collecting, analyzing, evaluating potential loss hazards and designing insurance programs to meet the needs of our customers. You will participate in a training program, which includes one-on-one mentoring, class time, self-study and testing. This is a full-time professional position with benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you will need:
• Bachelor’s Degree (business or marketing helpful)
• Prefer course work and/or experience in insurance. Prior experience in sales or a career where learned to communicate and develop relationships with others helpful. Willing to obtain agent’s license.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive.
• Ability to market and sell GWCC products and services to insureds as full partner with agents.
• Good math skills, aptitude for ‘probability’ thinking and analytical skills.
