Supervisor, P&C Claims

The Property Solutions team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivating individual to supervise and mentor a group of claims adjusters. Our ideal candidate plans, organizes, leads, controls and coordinates the day-to-day activities of associates involved in providing services in Mobilehome Claims. Will have direct supervision of 5-7 claims adjusters. You will participate in the development of short- and long- term goals and plans for his or her work group. Trains and develops, evaluates performance, and recommends discipline and discharge. Improve quantifiable metrics of production, pending and service levels. Responds promptly and courteously to insured, clients and regulatory agency inquiries.


REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree or commensurate industry education and experience. Three to five years of supervising and menoting experience. Knowledge of Human resource policies and procedures; area-specific policies and procedures; advanced understanding of claims examination. Solid property claims experience, knowledge of mobile home and/or residential estimating, customer service, legal, management and business planning. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented, great organizational skills and possess excellent customer service skills. Florida Adjuster's license is required.
