Primary responsibilities include:

Managing a team of 15-20 New Business Specialists and Case Processors in their efforts to check and load health plans into our system


Working with various internal and external personnel to answer questions and resolve issues


Monitoring the team's adherence to production and quality standards


Conducting general management functions, and dealing with attendance, discipline and human resources issues
Working on special projects, and delegating tasks to staff members when necessary

Job Requirements:Supervisory experience is required, as is a background in customer/client service. Healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Computer proficiency is also needed.
