The National Combined Benefits Association is currently seeking 4 qualified people to manage the states of Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for professional insurance agents/managers who desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing company. A state life and/or health insurance license is required.
Immediate consideration will be given to qualified agents/managers on a first-come/first-serve basis. Upon selection of the 4 qualified candidates, a 3-day personalized training session will be scheduled to introduce the overall scenario: product knowledge, presentations, advanced planning strategies, agent training initiatives, and recruiting . The classes will be conducted by the Vice-President of Sales and the National Sales Director.
Due to the overall response from qualified candidates for these positions, it is suggested that you respond quickly before these states are filled. The anticipated closure of this opportunity is 10/2/06.
About our position:
The purpose of this position is to build and "take ownership" of these states via recruiting, training, and managing life and health insurance agents. The people selected will have significant autonomy with managing their own states; however, strong help with recruiting and training from the National Sales Director will be available.

Responsibilities of the Division Manager:
1. Recruiting new agents and District Managers utilizing proven methods and techniques.
2. Coaching and mentoring new and existing agents and District Managers.
3. Monitoring of new business and underwriting requirements.
4. Prompt submission of weekly production reports and lead orders.
5. Attending occasional managers' meetings.
6. Attending occasional conference calls and webinars.

2. Renewal commissions beginning in the second year.
