Sr. Reimbursement Analyst

We are currently seeking a Sr. Reimbursement Analyst to perform financial analytical computations that are necessary to support the development of a physician reimbursement strategy that augments provider compensation across IBC’s Pennsylvania and Delaware networks. The successful candidate will assist with financial analysis to determine both the reasonableness and affordability of adjusting the reimbursement structure of both high-profile physician groups as well as Integrated Delivery Service (IDS) providers. In addition, the Analyst will provide overall support to the Professional Reimbursement Manager in completing all assigned tasks related to financial analytics.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field/commensurate work experience
A minimum 5 years progressive experience in health care/insurance, with 1 - 2 years experience in financial analysis
Excellent quantitative financial/statistical analysis and qualitative reasoning capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Excellent communication and organizational skills
