Category: Mortgage Insurance/OtherOverview: Produce compensation calculations (NIW, spot bulk, profitability, and MBOs) for sales, complete ad-hoc requests for Channel Managers, Sales, Finance, and Senior Management. Prepare portfolio analysis for senior management, produce other monthly reports for the sales force (trend analysis, consolidated sales report, NIW sorted by region, SAM/KAM summary), back up for the daily volume report. Produce weekly reports (Volume Trend, Top 50 Lenders, Top 10 Lenders that were formerly Strategic Accounts, LPMI). Assist with planning the annual budget and reforecast, monitor expenses vs. budget for field.Responsibilities: Write SAS or Brio code to retrieve and analyze monthly and weekly portfolio statistics for use in the Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and other reports for Business Direct channelMaintain compensation plans, territories, and systems required to calculate monthly/quarterly/annual compensation and provide results to payroll.Produce NIW trend analysis and executive dashboard reporting on a regular basis for Channel Management.Develop new systems for compensation management, develop/enhance current compensation plans to reflect changes in business plan as needed.Develop/enhance analytics to provide decision metrics for channel.Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Business/Liberal Arts3-5 years experience.Strong analytical skillsStrong Excel, Access, SAS, Brio and other analytical tool skillsFinance/Accounting skillsAbility to work autonomouslyStrong communication/interpersonal skillsStrong time management skillsWork effectively with all levels of personnelAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
