Sales Representatives – Broward and Palm Beach Counties - Multiple Positions!!!
America’s Health Choice Medical Plans, Inc., a Medicare HMO, located in Vero Beach, FL has immediate openings for Sales Representatives in Broward AND Palm Beach Counties!Sales Representatives
To enroll new potential members and provide full disclosure presentation to the prospects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home and seminar group presentations using approved sales materials.
To enroll new members into the plan after a full disclosure presentation.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and follow the marketing ethics as required by CMS, HIPAA and any and all governing agencies.
Licensed by the State of Florida for Health Insurance; must adhere to all continuing education requirements as established by the Florida State Insurance Commission.
Generate sales leads through the use of referrals, networking, community contacts, special events, etc. Follow up on company generated leads and report results.
Represent the company at all times in a dignified and ethical manner.
Minimum production requirements as set by the Sales Manager.Requirements:
Prefer 2 years of college; min. 2 years of sales experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirement – must satisfy State requirement for licensure and maintain that licensure, comply with all State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations as well as those of the Company.Must have a valid state driver’s license, own transportation, and adequate liability insurance.
Ethical, eager, persuasive, motivated, sales professional. Ability to work with public in compassionate manner.
Strong public-speaking skills; ability to develop relationships with customers and with "key" community contacts.
Educated about Medicare, Medicaid, and the Medicare Advantage program; understanding the CMS and HIPAA rules as it pertains to enrollment activities and ethics.
