Sales Rep-group Benefits

Responsible for generating new business in conjunction with servicing and maintaining existing accounts in the Commercial Lines Department. Responsible for the production,management, retention and collection of premium for self-generated accounts and/or those assigned by management. Actively generate new business through cross selling efforts with bankers and group benefit producers, client referrals, community activities, association meetings and cold calling. Analyzes exposures and coverage's needed, negotiates with underwriters to obtain the best market price and coverage for clients and prospects. Develops and maintains sales records, meeting budgeted objectives and goals pertaining to
new and renewal business. May have training and supervisory responsibilities. Appropriate agent and/or brokers license required.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Life and Health lice required. 3 years plus sales experience, preferably in employee benefits. Must have 4-year college degree.
