Easy Warm Floor (www.easywarmfloor.com) manufactures, distributes and sells, electrical radiant floor heating systems, and accessories for homes and offices nationwide. As we grow, we are looking to add additional Inside Sales, Area Managers to manage new and existing accounts and customers.

Our team is located on the North side of Chicago IL, 60618

Our inside area sales managers handle interested customers who contact us seeking to purchase our products. These are high quality leads generated by internal marketing channels. These professionals respond to inquiries, generate sales quotes; execute proper follow-up and close sales. Monthly sales goals will be set and an incentive opportunity is in place. We offer a base plus commission, informal work environment and a chance to grow with us.

·Work through problems without being overwhelmed

·Have one year or more inside sales or customer service experience.
·Possess strong communication; excellent follow-up and result oriented closing skills.
·Excel at negotiation via the phone
