College degreed individuals are preferable. Individuals who are financially stable with no current judgments, liens, collections, or late pays on their credit report nor bankruptcies within the past 3 years. Note: Individuals can not be charged with a felony or have a felony conviction on their record. All applicants must be U.S. citizens or have permanent resident status and must be or must become a resident of Illinois.
