Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity handling claims in our Margate, FL office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability, corresponding with customers over the phone, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements. You will coordinate all claim activity for our insureds, handle physical damage claims against our policyholders, and document all claim activity on a desktop, while following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
