Project System Specialist - OSD Process Strategy Team

Competencies/Skills:

This individual must be analytical, highly organized, and a team oriented person, with the ability to acclimate themselves quickly with the work that is currently in progress on the team. The individual should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and strong project management skills; as the individual will be expected to manage multiple priorities at once to meet project deliverables and milestones. From a systems perspective, the candidate should have knowledge of CUW and its functionality, as well as the Microsoft suite of products.

In addition, the candidate is required to possess a strong knowledge of the Chubb commercial rating systems and processing workflows that support all Customer Groups and Lines of Business (ex CCM), for both CCI and DFI P&C. The individual should also be familiar with the associated roles and responsibilities of the UA, CSR and Detail staff to support those groups. Field OSD experience is desired.


Position Description:

Work as an integral part of the OSD Process Strategy Team with a focus on issues that impact the Processing Center project. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Inventory Management system to support centralized processing:
• Business Analysis to assist in determining system scope, functionality, and design
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Field and Home Office validation of workflows, system design, and requirements
• Assist in the development of training materials and on-going maintenance of those materials as needed
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Provide business analysis support to reporting team on data criteria and functionality of Inventory Management system
• Provide Inventory Management administrative support
• Perform Instructor Led Facilitator training as necessary
• Participate in the on-going Change Management process

Workflow and Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in development of workflows, business guidelines, and job aides associated with Inventory Management and its processes, and provide on-going maintenance support for those materials
• Provide input on workflows and business guidelines that support the Centralization of Rate, Book and Issue functions as needed

Field Support:
• Work with Centers and Branches through out the deployment process to capture feedback and address issues. Research issues for resolution.
• Work with Centers and branches to assist them in their deployment process activities and preparedness
• Perform Inventory Management usage audits to assess re-train issues and/or non compliance to standardized workflows and procedures

Moderate to heavy travel is required for this position.
