Plans project based on agreed approach, scope and timetable.Ensures all key project roles are assigned and responsibilities understood. Build high performing project team.Escalates project issues, with recommended solutions, to stakeholders.Negotiates and secures resources, using them effectively across the project.Manages project changes and interdependencies. Provides regular communication to all stakeholders. Will be assigned to other projects after SmartWorks.What else can we tell you?

REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
Our deal candidate will bring the following:
BA/BS in Finance, Business or a related field.
Minimum 7 years business experience, preferably in financial services industry.
At least 3-5 years experience managing or playing a major role in corporate projects, including systems projects.
Experience working with members of management other than direct manager.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead projects across business units.
Solid command of effective negotiation techniques for achieving desired outcomes.
