Responsibilities:
Perform all stages of a full life cycle development project; Coordinate and document requirement gathering sessions; Determine time estimates and project plans; Take active role in all phases development process; Recommend tools and processes for building a quality product.

Qualifications:
MUST have extensive experience with C, C++ (Unix), Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix (Incl. Shell Scripting); 3+ years of development experience in a Unix environment with emphasis on analysis and design; Good oral and written communication skills; Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making ability; Testing experience preferred; Bachelor's Degree.
