REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will assist marketing representatives (MR)
in communicating with customers, producers, IMS AEs, NKA AEs, NKA OM
underwriters, etc. Must be able to enhance and develop marketing
tools that will help MR and AE explain insurance products and
services. Will assist MR in finding solutions to various problems
that impact relationships with clients, producers and St. Paul
Travelers. Assisting in the preparation of management reports,
business and marketing plans and customer surveys as well as
enhancing MR's understanding of the U.S. insurance market is a must.
Will share information regarding client relationships in Japan and
the US. Responsible for special projects as requested by MR and NK
management. Will maintain files for every assigned account
consisting of a minimum of applications, policy copies, sold quotes,
loss control reports and meeting reports. The ability to handle a
number of various issues simultaneously, manage time and meet
deadlines with minimal direct supervision is required. Should have
above average verbal communication skills, ability to explain clearly
complicated insurance issues, make effective presentations and speak
convincingly. Must have the ability to create spreadsheets and
analyze large amounts of data using Excel , prepare neat, well
organized letters and presentations using Word, use Microsoft Access
to properly input data into ACE Database and to run simple reports.
Bilingual Japanese would be a plus.
