3-5 yrs of lead and/or supervisory background with a commercial property & casualty Insurance company preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems and make processes more efficient. Must be very flexible, organized and teamwork oriented. Ability to multi task, very precise, with good attention to detail. Must be outgoing and have strong interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. 5-7 years clerical/data entry experience. Intermediate PC Skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications. Type 40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
