Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will complete assigned duties geared toward providing detailed exhibits that support Product and Pricing reviews. These exhibits should lead to the formulation of company rates and pricing activities.Duties and Responsibilities
1. May be responsible for the maintenance of actuarial spreadsheets. Examples of these spreadsheets include:Trend spreadsheets;Rate level adjustment factors spreadsheets;Indication spreadsheets;Operational Results;Distributions; andImpact of changes recommended.2. Responsible for the timely completion of the projects to ensure adherence to the company pricing schedule for all product lines.3. Analyze competitive position and participate in the Experience Review process to assist in developing rate change recommendations.4. Responsible for the integrity of the rating programs, rating disks, rating formulas and all rate and rate-related tables in the system.5. Assist other departments with rating questions.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree in actuarial science, math or related field. Participation in insurance, business, or actuarial-related courses, minimum 3 years experience preferred but not required.
