Premium Audit Processor

Position Responsibilities: Complete the high volume workflow for the preparation of auto, general liability, worldnet or workers' compensation telephone audits for processing. Communication with underwriting partners for rating information and notification of new states. Creates work orders for Processing Center. Provide prompt and detailed information to our Underwriting partners. Effectively communicates with all internal/external customers. Follow up on inquires and requested information. Includes processing Worker's Comp and General Liability audits.

Job Requirements: Experience focusing on workers' compensation and general liability insurance preferred. Ability to work with a wide spectrum of people. Must be able to develop strong business relationships with underwriters and customers. Excellent written/oral communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in typing and the 10 key function. Intermediate computer skills. Excellent organization and time management skills.
