Post Closing Underwriter - Foothill Ranch, CA

Our Foothill Ranch, CA office is seeking a Post Closing Underwriter with a minimum of 5 years manual underwriting experience in ALT-A lending. Quality Control experience is preferred. In this role you will underwrite and complete the Post Closing Summaries for a minimus of 5 loans per day, you will review QC results/findings and will update Post Closing logs and prepare monthly recap reports. REQUIREMENTS
