PRO DAMAGE EVALUATOR

We have an exceptional career opportunity in the Chicagoland, IL area. In this vital role, you will have responsibility for overseeing our PRO shops which will include field inspections at the shop and at residences of the damaged vehicles, reviewing estimates for accuracy and competitive costs, monitoring shops for adherence to the PRO Procedures and Quotations, and interacting with the shops and customers as needed on issues relating to the repairs or estimates.
REQUIREMENTS


Our ideal candidate has a 4-year college degree and is I-CAR/ASE certified in Damage Analysis and Estimating. A minimum of 5 years experience writing auto collision damage estimates for another insurance carrier or as a body shop manager is preferred. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and strong customer service skills will allow you to succeed in this role. Knowledge of ADP and CCC estimating programs is required. This candidate may be required to work some evenings or weekends. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
