PCMI Account Manager (TPA/Health Benefits/Insurance)
Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc (PCMI) is a full- service third party administrator (TPA) providing a broad range of services to meet the needs of employers with self-funded health benefits plans. PCMI provides cost effective benefit programs that offer quality and long term value, along with on-line convenience and superior customer care.
PCMI has a newly created position, PCMI Account Manager (Third Party Administrator for Health Benefits)
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for maintaining and developing day to day contact with client groups to ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
•Building strategic relationships with current brokers.
•Establishes account plans based on customer needs.
•Manages & services accounts as a liaison between employer, brokers, PCMI Sales Rep, and PCMI Operations.
•Partners with the PCMI Sales rep to Identify and develop new business opportunities.
•Liaison to PCMI staff members for follow-up and resolution.
•Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Minimum of 3 + years of professional outside sales/account management experience in an insurance or third party administrator environment.
•Strong knowledge of the health insurance and/or TPA industry and market.
•This position will travel up to 20% in California, Arizona and Nevada partnering with the PCMI Sales Rep.
•Life Agent license preferred.
•Should be a motivated, self-starter who can work independently and in a cross functional team.
