Outgoing Customer Service Professional

Several customer service opportunities are available within a large and established company in the Rhode Island area. These positions call for high energy, detail-oriented individuals with positive attitudes and the ambition to excel. Duties will include front-line company representation, incoming call response, full cycle purchase process to shipment of products, troubleshooting, billing procedures, multi-tasking and researching for special projects. REQUIREMENTS
Necessary skills include, but are not limited to, team contribution, data entry proficiency, Microsoft Office familiarity, professional phone manner and great organizational skills. The ideal candidate would have experience in a busy customer service oriented environment.
