OSD Training Specialist

The OSD Training Specialist position is responsible for a multitude of
tasks that focus on the continuous training and development of branch OSD
staff. The training specialist is responsible for the day- to-day
assessment of branch OSD training needs and implementing local and home
office training initiatives. Specific duties include: assessing both
individual and branch learning needs. identifying training gaps on
individual, group, and branch level. delivering technical training ,
developing compliance knowledge, participating in quality initiatives,
implementing learning track/curriculum, tracking local training activity
and providing reports to local leadership, utilizing the learning
management system to track classroom training activity



System expertise, knowledge of workflow standards, and an ability to
communicate effectively are essential skills. Advanced training and
facilitation skills (ability to utilize multiple forms of learning
materials, facilitation skills that ensure an effective classroom-training
environment on-site or virtually) are a definite plus.
