We seek a pregnancy-care nursing professional with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others to join our supportive team. As an OB Case Manager, you would ensure our high-risk pregnancies are provided the best care possible while coordinating follow-up. This is a fulfilling position in which you would be able to make a direct impact on members while enjoying all the perks that come with working for an industry leader.



Primary responsibilities include:


Contacting high-risk pregnant members to ensure they have access to care
Developing appropriate treatment plans for proper prenatal care
Educating members on services and resources available to them
Coordinating care in collaboration with physicians
Conducting follow-up calls and documenting all activity

Job Requirements:

This role requires a Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in NY. Demonstrated clinical experience in OB, PICU, or NICU is essential. MS Office proficiency is a must. Managed care experience is preferred, as is a background with Medicaid. Experience in pre-natal care, teaching birthing classes, or with Labor and Delivery is desired. Bilingual skills are a plus.
