Seeking Multilingual Agency Managers and Producers for Independent Distribution (MULTIPLE POSITIONS, MULTIPLE STATES)

As an independent agency manager or producer*, you will:
Work with our regional vice presidents and strategic distribution partners to penetrate the natural markets of your cultural heritage
Benefit from extensive home-office support in recruiting, training, co-operative advertising, community events, in-language and in-culture marketing materials, underwriting of non-U.S. citizens, and sales promotions and recognitions.
Have full ownership and independence of your way of doing business
Gain access to one of the broadest and most competitive portfolios of products, services, and advanced sales solutions in the life insurance industry
Provide customers with the financial strengths of one of the world’s largest and most global life insurance companies
Requirements include:
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish or at least one major Asian language. Must be fluent in English.
College degree with a minimum of five years of work experience with career agency or independent distribution in the U.S.
Specialized in Asian, Hispanic or other multicultural markets
Strong track record in sales, recruiting and customer retention with major life insurance or financial services carriers
Excellent connections with local business and community leaders
Knowledge of ethnic advertising, local event marketing, and in-language/in-culture marketing materials
Experience in day-to-day interactions with regional vice presidents
Familiarity with dedicated home-office support for either career or independent distribution
Must be legally authorized to work with all employers in the U.S. without sponsorship
